The speed of social change is increasing, and both the environment surrounding a project advance and the advance itself are becoming extremely difficult. Under such circumstances, projects cannot achieve their goals unless various members bring their diverse skills to the project. On the other hand, if a project can be successfully promoted, members can fully demonstrate their unique skills and play an active role in the project.

In recent years, various activities in society have been carried out on a project-by-project basis, and project advancement skills are required in all aspects of social life. Let us continue to think and output together toward the realization of a society in which people can enjoy working with their abilities.

The advancement of rapidly changing projects requires autonomous team activities. I am researching the environment without part of a team member perspective in which projects are promoted by building a universal use framework and tools based on practical knowledge.

• Development of an environment in which project teams can continue to work and learn autonomously
• Development of project definition, description, and recording methods
• Development of evaluation methods for project advancement and environment
• Define the role of projects in the organization

I am building a framework for project advancement while basing it on practical knowledge. I refer to research, project management, product management, software development, team development, leadership, knowledge management, methods, and frameworks in project-related fields to elevate the project advancement framework to a more universal use.

The main features of the research are as follows：

• Base everything on the practical knowledge of project promotion. The framework is based on the tacit knowledge of project promotion. Develop not only a framework but also tools that are easy to implement and create a structure that facilitates feedback to the framework through practical knowledge.
• Incorporate the concept of autonomous teams Leverage software development knowledge. Agile software development and open-source activities. Leverage knowledge of autonomous organizations. In particular, teal organizations, shared leadership, etc.
• Assume the use of the Internet and digital environment. Assume a modern environment in the organization and incorporate advanced thinking.
