As a new student of Eikei Univerisity of Hiroshima for Academic Year 2021, you probably have lots of questions about where to go to find the information you need to prepare and get started at the University. This web page provides you with the notice and information to help all new students to prepare for the University. Enrollment Procedure

The Letter of Acceptance and documents related to the enrollment procedure will be mailed to the successful applicants on the day of the result announcement.

Please complete the enrollment procedure from Online Application System and mail the necessary documents such as original copies.

Application for Student Dormitory

繝サEnd of August 2021: Determination of admission to the dormitory

繝サMid- to end of September 2021(plan): Move-in


The details of the events such as the entrance ceremonies and JUMP START WORKSHOP (a new student guidance /introductory class) , will  be posted as soon as they become available.

An orientation for international students will also be held separately.

Purchasing a laptop computer for individual students (BYOD)

Students of the University are required to bring their own computers to the University in line with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy. Prepare your own computer before enrollment.

If you already have a device that meets the minimum specifications specified by the University, you do not need to purchase a new one.

Pre-enrollment Learning

The University is planning to arrange the pre-enrollment learning program to enable students to smoothly transition to their university life and quickly learn how to study at university. The details will be sent to you by email as soon as they become available.

Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, etc.

At the request of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and Hiroshima Prefecture, the University will conduct classes from April 2021 onward with the maximum caution, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while securing learning opportunities for students.

The student dormitory will also be operated by taking sufficient infection control measures in each room and common area.
