Legendary food entrepreneur comes to talk on global mindset for the future you want to live in.

"Never let your dream-killers get you down." Midori always encourages "wanna-be” entrepreneurs with these words.
She left an old town of Kyushu, Japan for New York at the age of 18, all by herself. She gave birth to a child after the Great East Japan Earthquake and started a farmer’s market business. While raising her child, she runs four companies in Tokyo and New York, including the top organic food company.

Midori is interested in the future food of children. How can we connect the future with food that enriches the mind and body and makes us happy? With that in mind, she has great interest in sustainable lifestyles and businesses. She has established her own entrepreneurial school and
continues to propose new forms of food business. Recently, she has established a new business based in New York City.

"I create the future I want to live in." For this talk session with Dean Yasui of EUH, she will talk about her passion for entrepreneurship, which she believes in to change the society, and the challenges of her new business.
