On Thursday, May 9, 2024, Mr. KAIZUKA Masaaki, Executive Director of the Bank of Japan, was invited to give a lecture in Dr. YASUI Toshiyuki's class on "Public Management Theory."
Mr. KAIZUKA worked at the Ministry of Finance for about 35 years.
He was one of the most senior officials at the World Bank, the OECD Secretariat, the Embassy of Japan in the People's Republic of China, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he demonstrated his outstanding skills in public management.
In the "Public Management Theory" class, he spoke about his experiences in key positions and economic issues.
In this way, Eikei University of Hiroshima invites people who are active in the top class in Japan as guest speakers in its classes to cultivate "Global Mindset" that can be understood in the world.
