Mr. KAIZUKA worked at the Ministry of Finance for about 35 years.

He was one of the most senior officials at the World Bank, the OECD Secretariat, the Embassy of Japan in the People's Republic of China, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he demonstrated his outstanding skills in public management.
